The art of massage has been practiced since ancient times. Our understanding of its effects has grown over thousands of years and in modern times it has never been more important. Modern lifestyle is synonymous with lack of exercise, bad posture, and sitting or standing for long periods of time. Massage applies pressure to different parts of the body, relaxing the muscles for physical benefit as well as improving state of mind.
Treatments last between 30-90 minutes. Treatments can sometimes cause minor pain as the muscles are worked on but the end result is a great sense of relaxation, reduced muscle tension, and improved circulation.
